Here, you can browse one of two pre-computed hierarchies. In the first hierarchy, all the structures are classified, whereas in the second we discard structures that are annotated as 'errors' in PiQSi.
Please note that if you are interested in a specific class of proteins it might be useful to build a customized hierarchy with the levels and options of your choice.
