Choose Levels Options Help
To see a hierarchy with a combination of levels of your choice,
select the levels and press "Browse" 		Here you can select a subset of complexes that match particular criteria.
Just fill in the form and press "Browse".

You can also combine the Levels with the Options.For example, select the QS Topologies and write KINASE
as a Keyword - You will see all the topologies formed by protein kinases in the PDB.



This may take from 15 seconds to a couple of minutes,
depending on the number of structures corresponding to your search.
If your search involves a large number of structure, we recommend
that you browse a pre-computed hierarchy first
