This is the information we need for the QSalign process:
1 The email address were you want to receive the QSalign results,
2 The coordinates for a structure of interest,
3 Tune QSalign internal rules
4 Optionally, you may add some notes to help you later to work with the QSalign results.
This web-server uses PISA to generate all possible assemblies, and then, applies QSalign to find structural homologues for each one of them. We will provide information on the likely biological relevance of the protein.
